Where are the Raleigh grocery deals?  There’s quite a few deals this Valentine’s Day week…which btw, is one of the few gift giving occasions where you’re proud to tell your gift giver that you bought it on sale. Lowe’s Food and Kroger’s has a sale on Friday the 13th.
